Adequate Stay with a few issues
convenient location underground parking direct access unadjustable thermostat temperature control
The location proved convenient for accessing the metro. I appreciated the underground parking, PARTICULARLY during the snowy conditions. An elevator provided direct access from the parking area to the guest floors.
The room had a thermostat I COULD not adjust. There was a sign emphasizing this limitation. This restriction made maintaining a comfortable temperature challenging.

fantastic location and helpful staff
convenient location helpful staff good breakfast
I found the location to be convenient. the staff were really helpful. I appreciate their politeness, even when they were busy. the breakfast had a good selection of items. the parking was good.
the garbage cans in the room were very small. i believe a larger one is needed.

The hotel has a kitchen in the room, but it lacks utensils, plates, and bowls. Only paper cups are available, i noticed. housekeeping did not service the room . The staff said i could pick up body soap myself.

the hotel sits in a central area, close to chinatown. i easily enjoyed ramen at a nearby restaurant, since it is located right across. the neighborhood seemed well-lit, safely located, and the metro station was within walking distance.

decent stay
perfect location friendly staff helpful staff dated room old carpet possible fleas
the location suited my travel plans perfectly. i had zero problems with my room. the staff at the front desk were super friendly. they were very helpful throughout my visit.
the room was somewhat outdated. the carpet really needs replacing. i did get some bites on my ankles, so i suspect fleas. the beds were fine though.
